What do you charge for finding me a retailer?

Our platform is completely free for you to use, all you have to do is fill in your watch requirements and we will find you a retailer that can get you what you need, at the best price.

Are all the retailers registered on the platform reputable?

All the retailers that are registered on our platform, have been reviewed to ensure they are legitimate registered entities, acting as watch sellers. 

Wristwatches360 only provide the facilitation services, connecting you to a retailer, there after the quality of service you will recieve from your chosen retailer will reflect their own business practices. 

To ensure you get the best possible deal from the most reputable retailer, make sure you assess your options properly before deciding to accept an offer.

How do you decide which offers I receive?

Once you place your watch requirements onto our platform, we then review your request. A member of our team will then contact our list of registered retailers on our platform to try and fulfill your request.

Once we recieve enough offers, we will review them and send them straight to your inbox.

How do you ensure we are receiving quality leads?

We carry out certain steps before a lead gets sent out to you.

To firstly assess the seriousness of our customers, we carry out a number of questions about their request. We then verify the contact details obtained by the customer.

Finally, we will then remove any users who do no pass any of our processes or checks.

How do I make an offer?

Once you have registered as a retailer on our platform, you will then begin to receive regular email communnication on new leads, through the email contact you have provided. 

Once you see a request you can fulfill or have the ability to source, all you need to do is reply to that email, with the referennce number of the request, and provide details of the offer, which includes: Brand, Model, Reference number, Age, Condition, and price. Getting photos of the watch will also enhance your offer, and chances of success.

 

How much does it cost to receive leads?

To get started on our platform, and begin receiving leads comes at no cost to you, as the retailer.

However, if you want to increase your chances of success on our platform we offer our 360 certification, that provides you as the retailer, with a certified label, makinng your offer stand out, as well as allowing the user to access your website, reviews and much more through the email.
